1. Services

National Labour Solutions provides HR consultancy, labour relations, training, and related professional services. All services are subject to a signed service agreement outlining scope, fees, and deliverables.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
